We hope you are happy and satisfied shopping with us and with all our products. We at Mymodalert take great care to deliver undamaged and correct medicines every time a customer places an order. But in the event of a wrong delivery or damaged package, we are happy to assist you in returning the product.
How To Return?
- A return can be processed within 0 to 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Items are eligible for return if-
- The delivered products do not match the order.
- The medicines were delivered in damaged condition.
- Name
- Our customer service team will ask for pictures of the damaged package or product for verification purposes.
- Once the return request is verified by our team, we will initiate a refund for the order.
While returning, ensure that all the products are returned in their original packaging with the medication’s box and strip intact.
Refund Policy
- The refund for all orders is issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds cannot be processed to any third-party account.
- Once the refund is processed by our team, it should be reflected in your bank account within 2 to 3 working days.
Cancellation Policy
A customer can cancel an order until MyModalert ships it. Once the delivery address is confirmed by the customer and the order is shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled.
